Clinic Description

South End Community Health Center is a public health program serving clients in the South End of Boston, Massachusetts. This facility provides care to teens and adults living with a dual diagnosis, alcohol dependency or opioid dependency. Treatment is provided through outpatient care and telehealth services. This facility accepts self pay options and private insurance.

Their outpatient treatment includes detox using FDA approved medications such as buprenorphine and naloxone. Treatment is provided through the care of physicians who have special licensing and training in opioid dependency. Clients can also turn to the available telehealth service for immediate support.

The Recovery Services Program at the South End Community Health Center also provides group and individual therapy through licensed drug and alcohol counselors. Behavioral health providers are also available for individuals with a dual diagnosis.
