Spero Health – Suboxone and Vivitrol is a CARF-accredited drug rehab facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The facility serves teens, men, and women who are living with a substance, opioid, or drug dependency along with those who have a co-occurring disorder. The facility provides outpatient care and medication assisted treatment (MAT) using Suboxone and Vivitrol. They accept a range of self-pay options along with Medicaid and private insurance.
