Clinic Description
Spokane Regional Health District Treatment Services’ Opioid Treatment Program offers drug rehab services in Spokane, Washington. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults, adults, and veterans.
At the Opioid Treatment Program, clients are assessed and receive an individualized treatment program. Licensed clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone and naloxone, to ease withdrawal and reduce cravings. Clients are supervised during dosing to discourage overdosing.
In addition to medication management, clients participate in counseling to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Services include family therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches. Clients may be referred to outside facilities and specialized substance abuse programs.
The Opioid Treatment Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
The Opioid Treatment Program offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and is in-network with Kaiser Permanente, Molina, and the Veterans Administration. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
