Clinic Description

Formerly called Steven Segal Family Medicine, Segal Health Services provides primary and behavioral care for children, adolescents, and adults in Indianapolis, Indiana. This includes medication assisted treatment for adults in addiction recovery, as well as general outpatient and aftercare programs. Telehealth appointments may be available.

Their program helps clients with opioid dependence withdraw under the guidance of a medical professional. Providers can administer methadone. It’s an FDA-approved addiction medication to alleviate the physical symptoms of withdrawal, reduce cravings, and lower the risk of relapse.

Their outpatient services include individual counseling and recovery education to support sustained recovery. Longer maintenance programs are available for those with more extensive pharmacotherapy needs. Providers may make referrals to outside resources if additional counseling or support services are required.

They accept most commercial insurance plans. Speak with your provider to verify your coverage, as outside benefits can vary.
