Suboxone Clinic, Vital Options, located in Dallas, Texas is an outpatient methadone clinic for adults recovering from opioid and alcohol addictions. They offer medication-assisted treatment, general outpatient care and aftercare support. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women, intravenous drug users and clients with co-occurring addiction and mental illness. Telehealth services are available on a per-client basis.

Their MAT program takes a client centered approach to treatment, helping clients access services including individual and group-based psychotherapy, life skills training and recovery education. Licensed practitioners can administer medication, including methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone, to help ease withdrawal symptoms and improve client comfort. All treatments are based on the client’s individualized care plan, which providers create based on initial physical and psychological assessments.

Longer term MAT maintenance programs are available for clients who require extended pharmacotherapy services.
