Clinic Description
The Coleman Institute for Addiction Medicine, in Phoenix, Arizona, offers alcohol and drug rehab services, including opioid recovery. The detox facility provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults.
At the Coleman Institute for Addiction Medicine, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, and naltrexone are used to reduce cravings and ease withdrawal. Naltrexone can be injected monthly or implanted for an 8-month interval. Detox can be as short as 3-8 days. Clients also participate in pharmacological treatments to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients receive individual and group counseling to build resilience. An alumni program provides up to 6 months of life skills development, career coaching, and emotional wellness training. Referrals may be made to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
The Coleman Institute for Addiction Medicine is accredited by LegitScript and the Better Business Bureau.
The Coleman Institute for Addiction Medicine offers self-pay and financing options. The center is in a network with Advance Care, Aetna, BlueCross/BlueShield, Humana, Optima Health, and Tufts. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
