Tolan Park Research Clinic

Tolan Park Research Clinic is an accredited research and methadone clinic located in Detroit, Michigan. This facility serves young adults, men, women, members of the LGBTQ community, and veterans who are living with a dual diagnosis or alcohol, substance, or opioid use disorder. This facility serves clients through methadone medication assisted detox and outpatient care. They accept a range of self pay options, Medicaid, Medicare, military insurance and private insurance.

Medication assisted treatment (MAT) utilizes FDA approved medications like methadone to help individuals safely detox from opioids and other chemical substances. Clients are cared for under the supervision of trained medical professionals so that detox and withdrawal symptoms are managed safely and in a positive environment.

As clients exit detox, they can find additional support through outpatient treatment including intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). Clients will have access to critical support including counseling services, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other treatment modalities.
