Clinic Description

Urban Parks Rehab is a drug rehab for opioid dependency in Denver, Colorado. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults.

At Urban Parks Rehab, clients are assessed and assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including Suboxone, Lucemyra, Zubsolv, Subutex, Vivitrol, and Sublocade, are provided to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Clients also participate in counseling to discourage relapse.

Besides medication management, clients undergo individual and group therapy. Urban Parks Rehab may make referrals to outside treatment centers for substance abuse programs.
