Clinic Description
Harborview, part of the University of Washington, offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Seattle, Washington. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for young adults, adults, seniors, justice-involved persons, and underserved communities. Services are available in multiple languages through interpreters.
At Harborview, clients are provided an individualized evaluation and are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, are used to reduce cravings and ease withdrawal symptoms. Clients also participate in counseling to discourage relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients partake in individual and group therapy to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Psychotherapy and interventions are available for acute clients, and Harborview may make additional referrals at outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
Harborview offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and is in network with Aetna, Boeing BlueCross/BlueShield, Centivo Embright, First Choice, Kaiser Permanente, MultiPlan, Premera BlueCross, Regence BlueShield, Untied Healthcare, and Uniform Medical Plan.
