Valle del Sol’s Country Club & Brown center is located in Mesa, Arizona. It’s an outpatient methadone clinic that treats substance use disorder that includes opioid addiction. This clinic provides medication assisted treatment using methadone as well as buprenorphine and naltrexone.

They offer extensive addiction recovery programs. In addition to medication-assisted treatment, the clinic provides mental health evaluations, individual counseling, and medical care as clients’ medical home. For more specialized needs, there’s an intensive outpatient program for adolescents with substance abuse as well as a transition-age youth program called Age Up Not Out.
