Clinic Description
Valle Del Sol, Inc. provides primary health, behavioral health, and addiction recovery services for children, teenagers, and adults in Arizona. Their services include medication assisted treatment, outpatient programs, and aftercare services. Specialized support is available for clients with HIV/AIDS, clients in the criminal justice system, and clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health disorders. Telehealth appointments are available in their open locations. However, their Tempe location is currently closed.
While they were open, their medication program supported clients as they withdrew from opiates and related substances. As they monitored your progress, providers administered FDA-approved addiction medications like methadone and Suboxone. These meds alleviate physical pain and discomfort, minimize cravings, and lower the risk of relapse.
In conjunction with MAT, they also offered outpatient services to help clients better understand and work through their addictions. Treatment plans were based on each client’s needs and recovery goals and available services included individual and group therapy, medication management, and case management. Therapies incorporated a range of evidence-based modalities, including dialectical behavioral therapy. You would have had access to mental health care and primary care services as needed to support their whole health. Aftercare support included linkages and referrals to local, community-based providers that supported each client’s long-term recovery.
Valle Del Sol, Inc. is in-network with most private insurance providers and Medicare. Speak with your provider to verify your coverage as out-of-network benefits may vary.
