VIP Mmtp

VIP Mmtp is a drug rehab for opioid recovery in the Bronx, New York. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, inpatient treatment, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for gender-specific groups. Services are available in English, Mandarin, French, and Russian.

At VIP Mmtp, clients undergo an evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone, buprenorphine, and Suboxone, are used to lessen withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Selected services are available 24/7. Clients also participate in counseling to prevent relapse. A mobile unit is available.

In addition to medication management, clients may be eligible for inpatient care, which can include drug screenings, emotional wellness training, and promoting healthy daily living routines. Outpatient services include group and and individual therapy to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders, trauma therapy, and career coaching.

VIP Mmtp is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

VIP Mmtp offers self-pay and financing options. Medication-assisted treatment programs are in-network with Affinity Health Plan, Beacon, Cigna, Community Care Behavioral Health Organization, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, Fidelis, Healthfirst, Humana, MetroPlus, Optum, United Healthcare, Visiting Nurse Service of New York, and WellCare. Inpatient and outpatient services may be covered under different providers. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage and out of network benefits.
