Clinic Description
Zepf Center, in Toledo, Ohio, offers alcohol and drug rehab services. The center provides medical and social detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient (IP), outpatient (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for gender-specific groups, pregnant and postpartum women, adolescents, and clients with gambling disorders.
At Zepf Centers, clients undergo an individualized evaluation and are assigned to a personal treatment plan. During medical detox, licensed clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, which may include methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, and disulfiram, to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients are monitored 24/7 to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients undergo individual and group counseling. Clients may enroll in health education classes, work on emotional wellness and life skills development, and receive social services, including parenting classes and career coaching. Adults and teenagers may also receive support for co-occurring mental health disorders.
Zepf Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Zepf Center offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and is in-network with Aetna, AmeriHealth, Anthem BlueCross/BlueShield, Carelon BH, Humana, Molina, Paramount, TRICARE, and United Healthcare.
